How much water should I drink daily?Ideally, you should drink half of your body weight in ounces (oz) For example, if you weight 135 pounds (lbs) you should drink 67.5 oz of water daily. I just bought a gallon water, how do I drink it?It's just water, drink it! There are no special instructions, besides keeping it refrigerated and shake before drinking. Drink it how you would drink any bottled water. I recommend avoid drinking fluids 1.5-2 hour prior to bedtime to avoid increased nocturnal urination.
